Affected Product: Reporting Studio for Employee Engagement and Grants. On June 12, users experienced issues with Reporting Studio dashboards failing to load, timing out, or displaying incomplete data. This was due to a wider disruption affecting our vendor for the cloud data platform and business intelligence tool, which powers Reporting Studio.

What happened:
The vendor experienced a temporary service interruption that impacted data visualization and scheduled report delivery within Reporting Studio.

Current status:
As of 12:45 PM PT on the same day, the issue was resolved. Reporting Studio dashboards and filters are loading and functioning normally since then.

Action recommended:
If you rely on scheduled report deliveries, you may have received an error mail about your report delivery being disrupted. We recommend manually re-running any critical reports that may have been delayed or missed during the incident window.
