We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the Versaic platform where the 'Get Started' button may be missing and Cause Details are not displaying correctly.
Our team has successfully identified the root cause of this problem and is actively working on implementing a fix. We are in the process of preparing and deploying this solution to our production environment.
